Bid on This - 11 December Sale Highlights

Antiques News & Fairs - Bid on This

Bid on This is a progressive auction platform working with a young team to aggregate a vast array lots from 100s of UK auction houses and presenting an efficient way for buyers to bid and pay a comparatively low commission rate of 1.5%.  The good news is that until the very end of 2017 there is no fee at all for on-line bidding right up until 31 December 2017.

Find antiques and collectables, vintage and retro goods, antique furniture and ceramics, specialist toys and jewellery to modern every day goods and bid for on-line in real time with audio from the saleroom available.

Some exciting lots are coming up on 11 December 2017 - view the full catalogue here, including an offset lithograph print by LS LowryA Street Scene Near a Factory’ which has not been seen since the Mid C20th, having been given by Lowry to his friend, Alex Leggett who then later sold it on to the Chairman of Lancashire Cricket in 1967.  It was recently discovered by his son after his death in 2016 having remained hidden in a suitcase until its recent discovery.
