ART IN ACTION CELEBRATES ITS 40TH YEAR WITH FINAL SHOW
Art in Action 2016 is kicking off today for what promises to be a fantastic final outing for the popular annual event.
Celebrating 40 years, Art in Action 2016 will be running from 14 July until 17 July 2016, at Waterperry Gardens in Oxfordshire.
The show features over 400 artists, crafters, performers and musicians who will be demonstrating their skills and showing off their work.

The event attracts around 25,000 visitors over 4 days, keen to see, watch, learn, buy and experience all manner of traditional and modern arts and crafts.
There will be lectures in everything from art in education to horticulture and photography, music from live bands, dance and performance arts, a dedicated storytelling tent, and numerous tours of the new fresco murals that adorn Waterperry House.
The ever-popular Practical Classes section allows visitors to have a go at their favourite art or craft, under the guidance of an expert teacher.
The Market features over 100 designer-makers, ideal if you are searching for a special gift, or just want to treat yourself to something unique.
Sadly, this will be the final Art in Action, so every effort has been invested in making this show the best ever, and, following his passing in 2016, a fitting tribute to Bernard Saunders, the man who started Art in Action back in 1977.
